I love these Happy Spring Days :), the sun, the weather and the long days, perfect to try new crafts or work without having to turn on every light I have in the studio.

I've been working as always, I forgot to write an Easter Post, so Happy Easter! to all of you, I hope your dinner was a yummy as mine, we ate potato salad with ham, it was so good that they didn't let me take a picture, everyone was super hungry.

Spring inspires everyone, I've been admiring wonderful photos on flickr, other thing to get all exited about are the new fabric collections from my favorite designers :) can't wait to see them at stores even if it means that I have to drop a pile of cash $_$

You may notice the green cute above, I carved it with an eraser, I don't want to waste my carving blocks so I've been practicing, I carved a nice heart for detail, carving is very addictive, I haven't done it in the last 3 days and I am dying to make another stamp.

I like this photo very much except for the light that wasn't very clear and white as always, This is what I feel doing every time i go to the post office, drop a card and a crocheted circle with a pin to a special friend just to say hello and wish her a nice day :), I've been playing with crocheted laces and circles, I with show them as soon as I take some pictures .

I just had to share this wonderful - Shinzi Katoh - Postcard with you, My friend LiLi always sends me the cutest postcards, Thanks a Bunch another one for my collection, One day I hope to frame them, they make excellent pieces of zakka art.

I love this bunny, don't you? this is another sweet surprise I recently got in the mail, a kawaii bunny that came to say hello from Taiwan, Thanks Joyce! he brought me the sweetest Hello kitty candy in apple,peach,orange and other yummy fruits.

And finally let me show you these cute birdies that Maartje sent me, the flu all the way from the Netherlands along with a cute Russian doll fabric and other crafty goodies, I have more photos of her prepackage in my flickr if you are curious :)

Happy Mothers Day!!!

To all of you that have the joy to have a little one to take care of, I know that it's not today, but In Mexico we celebrate Mothers Day ( Dia de las Madres) on May 10
and that's TODAY, so HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL OF YOU!! ^_^ LOL

I know I'm a little behind and that I haven't posted this week, but that's because I've been working very hard with Willy adjusting some papers and designs we need for his work, In my spare time I've been designing and working very hard on a "Paper Toy" , ohhh and let me say that I think you're going to like it very much because It's Kawaii, not just plain cute but the type of Kawaii I like to post!! ^_^ I wanted to post it this Friday, but I still need to finish some details I want to improve. so maybe next week.

She's a very talented Australian designer, I know you have seen her work somewhere around because since she started printing her own fabrics , she's been features in lots of famous blogs, Love her aesthetic Style and color sense, I was lucky enough to get this piece of fabric, because it sold out quite fast on her etsy store, Can't wait for her new Fresh Printed Batch!

How did I get my hand on these??? Well these were a present form my Willy, I don't know how he secretly managed to get me these FQ's!!, I begged and begged to tell me the name of the store and he finally told me that, he knows a guy from his work that has a Japanese girlfriend,they started talking about Japanese Items after the guy saw some pins I've made for Willy's laptop case, he commented that his girlfriend collects lots of that "Girly Stuff" and I don't know how, but a month later I had these Wonderful Fabrics ^_^. Now because of that I'm always checking his backpack for goodies and surprises LOL!!

This is the latest addition to my used stamp collection,:: Hello Kitty & Daniel Stamps :: there from The Republic of China, Wish we had stamps like this one in the US.
